Buff Cooldown and Astral Weapon

It's not like i have the files but this is just a suggestion.

First the buff cooldown cause what i have seen on other episodes of cabal the cool down of buffs are like 2-3secs given FS/FB buffs which are very important cause of their CDI and CR.

Second is Astral Weapon auto summon cause FS and FA would be in disadvantage like war in war channels including Tierra Gloriosa. If FA and FS would have something like this they wouldnt be in disadvantage anymore cause summoning their weapons take 2-3 seconds.

the low cooldown of buffs and the auto summon of astral weapon is
on ep3 and this cabal is ep2 with some updates from the latest version
